Nice people but very poor communications.

Was such a cool experience using transfer car, we got a campervan from Christchurch to Auckland, at first the guy we had showing us the car wasn't very helpful, he asked if we had any questions and his answer to everything was I don't know I guess so, he knew nothing. And it also took around 2 hours which set us behind in our drive since we planned to leave way earlier thinking it wouldn't take that long. But the lady we had on the drop off was helpful lovely and got the handover done quickly which is what we wanted. was such a cool wee van had everything we didn't think it would have, the bed in the back was the most uncomfortable thing ever but the adventure we had was unforgettable! Being able to explore our country in a vehicle that's free is awesome! Thank you very much

Awesome service. This was our first time on electric bikes and they were so much fun. A great way to see the Mount and Tauranga. Miles was really helpful and we would highly recommend this as a fun way to spend a day

Great time cycling on excellent bikes! Highlight for the two families (4 adults, 5 teen/tweens) was the cycle from Kaikohe to Māngungu Mission House. Simply beautiful scenery winding through farm and bush down to Hokianga Harbour. Great stops for yummy food at the Okaihau village cafes (special mention to pecan pie at Sapphires) and Snow's Farm kiosk (peach chutney is very good). Super friendly and professional welcome and pick up each day.

Has such a great time white water rafting on the shot over river today. All of the staff were friendly, especially our guide will who was very knowledgable of the local area.There were around 10 rapids and we had chance to get our and swim in river.Highly recommend the tour!

We had a terrible experience with my sisters funeral here. The Christian" minister Graham Harvey who presided over the funeral gossiped to his deranged sister about my family and she sent me several abusive emails a week after her funeral while I was grieving!?? She confirmed in the emails that "Minister" Harvey (her brother) had given her all the details/slander. I approached the funeral home about this and they apologised but did nothing and said it was out of their hands?? They could have taken SOME action to make sure this lunacy and unprofessionalism doesn't happen to other grieving families. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they unable to provide any privacy and dignity for grieving families."
