Ski repair service

What a fantastic experience with Browns. Recommended by the Hilton, we took our 2 young girls to get them fitted properly. I also got a proper fitting and what's more, they delivered and picked up from the Hilton!!! All our kit was waiting for us to jump on bus and go and we didn't have to worry about dropping off. Plus, way cheaper than rental on the mountain!!!!!!

We have just completed an amazing and professional shopping experience at Snow and Surf. We went through the process of arranging ski boots for our son. The staff sized him correctly, tried different boits and spoke to him about the process. Best ski service we had in years and will be going back. Thank you.

**Update**I downgraded my review from 5 stars to 2 stars because of the way the supervisor handled one of my orders at the time. I ordered white coloured snowboard bindings and while the lady that ordered the binding for me from the manufacturer was nice, when the bindings arrived, the bindings had some small scuff marks on it. I talked to one of the staff about it to see if they could order another one and they said they would need to to ask their supervisor. The supervisor came and talked to me. He did not want to order another one and gave responses that were disgusting/appalling. He said things like this are just small marks

Unbelievable service and they did a great deal in a combo package. Even gave us tips in the shop how to get up in the wakeboard. More than impressed!

Hired snow boards, boots and kids snowboard and skis from Brown's June 2023. Staff were really helpful, gear was delivered to and picked up from our hotel and our gear was really great quality and comfy. Really happy with our experience, will use Brown's again :)

Was looking for used ski and snowboard gear and found this place. Heaps of options for used ski gear not so much for snowboard.No one assisted us until we approached a staff but all good as it was pretty busy at the time.They have a pretty big area as well so not too crowded when trying out boots and other gear.I think they have a workshop too and they can repair or service your ski or snowboard.There was also free parking which is very convenient for Newmarket.

I loved this shop ! I rented hiking boots and a bag for today and it was good quality goods.

Dean spent time with me, listening and understanding my queries. Unfortunately he didn't have the size boots I needed, but he said he'd rather I get the right size and be happy and recommended where to go. I got my board serviced and bought all my accessories as a thanks, and will go back here every time. What a great guy, and knowledgeable.

Snowcenter was perfect to get everything I need for this snowboarding season. The staff are supper helpful, particularly Gordon and Thomas. They also care about more than just getting a quick sale and will spend the time going over what you want and the boards that meet your needs in a very genuine and informative way!
