Awesome service, called and asked for help renewing my passport I got the information I neended and what I needed to do by email fast asMalo aupito

First time my wife went there and ask regarding about how to apply visa to Taiwan and the woman at the front desk is so rude and shout at her and tell her to apply online her self. Second time my father when their to renewal he's passport and they told him that they will post the new passport to him, but after two months he still haven't received it so he call the the front desk and they told him that they don't post the passport and he have go to the office and get it him self, and no one notice him regarding his passport is ready to pickup. Very poor service and I won't go there if it's nessary. Me as nationality of Taiwan I felt disappoint and ashamed of they providing such service to their people and other nations.

Terrible service ， very rude and not educated. They just yell at everyone like USA is super better than any country.

Worst service ever...they just eat your money regardless of how many times you apply and what ever docs you provide.Never enough for them .Dont know why they are so difficult about everything..Better to waste your time energy and money on some other county then Australia..Better place to visit in the world guys :)

I love how HCI has tried to replicate the experience of dealing with public offices in India, in New Zealand too.The number they have provided, no one ever picks up. You call during their working hours, it just rings and rings. Called them 15 times yesterday.Nothing.Used to this in India, surprised they managed to replicate the same shody low standard of quality you see in public departments back home.There's a reason why your rating is so low. Improve your training. The fact that something as basic as your phone number doesn't work.. Tells us a lot about your service quality.Maybe give this contract to a company here than can provide better standard of service. This isn't India. Your low service standards in public offices won't be accepted here.So embarrassing.
