10/10 customer service. Placed a last minute order and managed to arrange a third party to pick it up within an hour of placing my order. I was deciding between purchasing a belt and wallet from 2 separate businesses and Scott was so helpful on the phone it made the decision to go with Leather Direct easy for me. The belt and wallet are great quality and I am very happy with them, but it was the ease of ordering and helpfulness that made me write this review.

Met Jack a few days back on my first visit to the store. He was so helpful that I asked him about the particular days he works so I can come and make my purchase. Even though the store was very busy today due to Black Friday sales, he remembered me and made time to help me choose the right suit. Absolutely pleased by the level of friendly service that I received. I have shopped before at Politix but never considered it my go to due average customer service. Thanks to Jack and team, Politix has gain a loyal customer for years to come.

Love shopping in the Newmarket store, and is now my go to for much of my casual workwear. Customer service is spot-on with a special mention to the blonde guy with glasses who was massively helpful. Most items have been in stock, and if not plenty of other items to choose from. Love the standard colour palette. Over 3 visits I've purchased 3 pants, 2 knitwear, 6 tops, 1 belt...and everything fits well. 5 stars 100%

The shop has some really nice designs and clothes are good quality. Overall service was below average but seeing the rest of the reviews maybe they just had a bad day.

This is the first time that I can say that David Jones has someone who actual knows how to serve customers with exceptional service..that person was TANYA at the Politix counter who was so proactive and respectful. She understood my needs and helped with getting the right trousers and shirts I wanted to buy even when it was from other brands when Politix shirt did not fit well. She showed that she was not only representing Politix alone but DJ’s. Such people are valuable for any organisation and proud to interact with. Majority of time you will see the seniors and other staff members chatting over the counter even when the customer is queuing up but this girl is extraordinary. She should be the manager who can train the rest of the DJ staff.
