I so appreciate Auckland Rutherford Fitness and especially Michelle for providing such a great exercycle. Any issue so far raised was sorted very quickly by Michelle and having hired it for the 3 months I got a very good deal in purchasing it outright. The only issue I do have is my wife letting me wait to go on the exercycle, but that's life! Thank you Michelle for all the good work.

We have been with Robert ever since our first treadmill, and the service has always been of high standards. As individuals like my family and I who know little about the area, Robert’s patience, professionalism, and honesty was extremely helpful. Instead of simply forcing pricey products on us, Robert really took the time to listen to our needs, work closely with us to compare different products, and explained all inquiries we had to ensure we knew what we were purchasing, and the treadmill we were getting really did suit our family needs.Even now, long after our purchase, after-sales service is still very satisfying. Robert has always been responsive and responsible. There are times that we forget to contact Robert to service our treadmill, and Robert would take the initiative to contact us.As a whole, Robert has been one of the best service providers I have come across. He takes on the customers perspective, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure his customers get the best outcome. My wife and I popped into the store to find a new machine to replace our old cross trainer. The guy in the store were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Picked up an air bike in a 12 weeks rental with the option to purchase in the end if we liked the machine and wish to keep it. Very happy with the service overall.

Purchased a muti purpose lat pulldown machine and very happy with the build quality, functionality and price. Assembly was easy enough but I lacked a power tool to tighten up a few last bolts and the owner was able to come out to my home and sort out which I thought was real good of them. Great overall service and product.

I have purchased 2 machines from this company both supposedly good quality machines worth in excess of $1000 and both have had major faults just outside warranty. The after sales service this company provides is appalling, I have never dealt with a group of people as unhelpful and rude as these.Unfortunately I am stuck dealing with this company for the machines I have purchased to date however in the future there is no way I will ever deal with this company again and I urge any other potential customers to stay well clear.

Robert was helpful and efficient. He's also very knowledgeable and priced us fairly. It was easy to arrange a time once we made the initial contact (if he forgets to respond, just send him another email or text). Overall would definitely recommend! Our old treadmill is finally working again :)
