Worst car alarm I have ever had. The design of their remote buttons is flawed. Without fail EVERY day my car either arms or disarms itself with my keys in my pocket. The buttons are too sensitive or not recessed enough and they activate on any movement such as sitting, bending over, or pulling my keys, or my phone out of my pocket. Twice I have set my car and walked away to find my car open on my return as they must've disarmed as I walked off (I have silent arming). I have never had any of my prior alarms or cars do this.

It is a place to shop your vehicle parts. Usually the well known shop after Repco. That is so popular auto shop. So, no need to write a longer review on Supercheap. But what I might say is they usually might be cheaper to Repco.

TERRIBLE SERVICE TODAY (14/07/2023) THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GIRL COMPLETELY IGNORED ME AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME SERVICE FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON.

I went to Supercheap Auto today and got my indicator bulb replaced by Caleb, and he was lovely and very helpful. He also showed me a tool that I could use to get the screws out myself later on. I would highly recommend their services because everything was quick and easy and well explained to me.

Quite a nice auto store with a fair seletion of items. The help desk is to the left of the entrance. The parking area is shared with Bunnings, with the entrance off Ti Rakau Drive.

I selected the trailer plug that I wanted but when I got home I found it wasn't suitable for my caravan so I went back and the staff member was able to arrange a replacement (which has worked fine). Excellent help from the staff and great product range and pricing.

What a huge weight off our mind to know where our wee guy goes!We are truly happy with our streetwise purchase. Rebekah was incredibly helpful through the purchasing process double checking that we had the right 2g access (you need it for this tracker). And delivery was swift.We were worried that the tracker might be a bit big for our medium sized cat, but he doesn’t even notice it on his collar.The location tracker is pretty accurate. We live rurally so we don’t have many streets around us, but can still find our boy ok in paddocks or by the stream. If you lived in a town/city it would be even easier to find your fur baby.Thanks streetwise team!

Amazing experience every time! My friends and I went in looking for a specific Nintendo Switch game and one of the staff members, (I think his name was Regy), helped us greatly. He showed us where everything was, told us what was on sale, recommended games to us. I love when a staff member really knows their stuff. Great job and keep up the good work. If you want to shop in a wonderful atmosphere with many updated and in-stock products I would definitely recommend coming here.

Really bad customer service, very mean and bad attitude, especially when you try to exchange a faulty product, don’t want to get into details, but hope anyone else shop there won’t experience what I had experienced, they show no care of the customers and even when I said I will make a complaint , this lady worked there just said ‘up to you!’

Meh, the younger staff seem to talk way to fast, (and I'm not that old) and a bit cocky.Remember guys, not everyone has been a customer in your store before so if you see us looking a little puzzled, step in and offer the help.And one other thing, LISTEN to the words that the customer uses, dont assume we meant another word unless we say so.Just take your time, speak slowly and stay calm
