Building designer

This was the first project for Miles Better Living Ltd so we wanted to select the right partners. Having met Yusuf and his team over a few meetings we felt comfortable and engaged with them to navigate our sub-division journey.Our purpose was to design an environment that families would be proud to call home and that's exactly what Yusuf and his team have delivered.We now look forward to seeing the finished product and welcoming these new home owners to the family we call Miles Better Living.

We approached Hallmark to assist with building our dream home. This also being our first home, we were very new to the process and what was involved and Hallmark made this so effortless for us. They were in constant communication via email, calls and face to face meetings throughout the entire build so we always knew at what stage things were at and what was scheduled next. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making any hasty decisions also offering up their perspectives on certain choices which made things so much easier. If you’re ever looking at building a home we would hands down recommend Hallmark. You will not be disappointed with the wealth of knowledge, professionalism and workmanship overall.

Joe was great to work with, kept us up to date with good communications. Has excellent customer service skills, always friendly and approachable. Delivered what we wanted and we would build with him and Fowler Homes again, Gus and Cathryn Flower.

Tim has been a wealth of knowledge and always helpful with advice on design options as well as compliance topics.

We were lucky to have Jamie and Build7 team design and construct our home late 2020. What stood out to me is the honesty and transparency Build7 operates with. The team took care of our every need and delivered the house on time during very challenging period of early COVID lockdowns. We would not hesitate to use Build7 again. There is nothing like a brand new house to move in to :)

I had Burgess Building replace guttering at my house, he did an excellent job and was very professional.

We chose Hallmark Homes to build our new house on our rural property. We had never built a house before so we were nervous about the process. We were able to follow our build process via their personalized online schedule from afar and Jamie was extremely helpful incorporating appliance upgrades at short notice.
