We went to Cairnscorp to have our outdoor cushions re-stitched however, when we returned to collect the cushions, we were asked to pay about $1,000 instead of the the estimated $300 price. It turns out that Cairnscorp had mistakenly made new cushions from scratch and then insisted that we were in the wrong. The new cushions did not even fit our outdoor chairs. Instead of simply resolving the issue and re-stitching the cushions as originally asked, Cairnscorp then refused to help us any further, insisting that we did not have a good working relationship." We do not recommend Cairnscorp at all and we will not be returning."

My partner and I just got our ute canopy repaired and modified. My partner is away a lot, so I was the one who organised it all with Graham. I was probably the most annoying customer of all time, I had a million questions, and changes, removed some things, added others... even I got annoyed at myself. But the whole time Graham was helpful, dedicated to my questions, replied promptly like nothing was a problem, and gave me all the options and personal suggestions as I needed them. It was over a six month process, and probably not the biggest sale, but he never made me feel like I was a waste of time. Once finally booked and we travelled from Coromandel, my partner had a bet with me that it would take longer than a day. But once we were there, the service from the front desk to the workmanship was incredible. Graham was just as awesome in person, and spoke to me as an equal to my partner - I often get sidelined as a woman when dealing with guys type stuff. We are really stoked with our repair and modification! It has already made a huge difference to our and our dogs lives. We left with a couple of suggestions regarding better mesh options, but that was from an informative view, not at all a pushy sales view. Will probably look at getting these in the future. Thanks!

Honest and good prices

I rung up to ask about repairs on my ute conapy and a gentleman answered my call asking I could swing by and he'd have a look, he fixed my problem in my time and was very friendly and knowledgeable.I will definitely use them again.Top job Graeme!
