Jane is the first point of contact for my urgent request of a wheelchair. She's very efficient and reliable, an absolute lifesaver for my dilemma, which started 8am in the morning and Jane came through with the equipment in an hour, very professional, fantastic customer service, a excellent knowledge what I needed for my mum.Thank you Jane for the service and support you provided for us. At last minute needed a wheelchair to enable me to attend a hospital clinic appointment. Dealt with Jane of Ak Health Services on the phone. She was most pleasant and helpful and had the wheelchair ready when my brother-in-law drove by to pick it up. Returned it yesterday after a fortnight and dealt again with Jane but this time in person. A great ambassador for what to me was an excellent service. Thanks.

I had a hip replacement and ordered equipment for home. These guys were amazing and so helpful working through what I needed. The equipment was delivered in great condition and at the right time. They also collected some of it when I no longer needed some items and were very professional and also explained how the equipment was to be used. Nicola was lovely and very caring about my progress. Would highly recommend this Company.

Had to hire a wheelchair for my mum at short notice and the staff here went out of their way to assist. They were extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Leasing was super quick and easy as was pickup and drop off. 100% recommend these amazing people
