Mapping service

We worked with Aerial Vision on a music video that we filmed on Great Barrier Island, and couldn't have hoped for a better team. We were able to capture some mesmerising and smooth aerial footage on location that we could not have achieved otherwise. Aerial Vision listened to our specific requirements while also providing creative input - Glenn has a very good eye for framing shots and as a team, Glenn and Deb are fun and very on to it.

We recently completed a community project, the scale of which made it quite difficult for us to photograph. Skyspy Limited not only supported our project but provided us with large number of amazing images of the job and the surrounding area.

We engaged Wyreframe to complete a digital survey and scan-to-BIM exercise on an existing school building in Napier. This involved a combination of drone footage and a backpack mounted scanning device (I’ll leave the technical aspects of this up to the team to explain!). The result was a fully immersive photographic and point-cloud based model that we were able to navigate through via a web browser. We were able to have the full client and consultant team utilise this model to better understand the building as well as record dimensions. This was an invaluable tool as we were working remotely on the project and numerous site visits would have been cost prohibitive. The next stage was the creation of a full BIM asset in Revit. We received a high-quality model that was used as the starting point for a very comprehensive set of construction documents. The whole process was smooth and without any problems; Ben and the team are consummate professionals, communicated clearly and were a pleasure to work with.
