Awesome team to work with. Arrived quickly to measure and provide a quote. Stuck to the timeline and everything was installed when they said it would be. Triple checked to make sure the measurements were correct. The guys installing the windows were awesome. Treated our place with respect and did a great job, especially with a tidy finish on installing our tricky back door in a stucco house. Have already verbally recommended them to a neighbour and another tradie who wanted to share our experience.

The promptness and great communication by Rivercity team is admirable. Though I was informed it may take upto 4 weeks to receive the double glazed window, the job was done in 2 weeks time from when the quote was given. Richard has gone the extra mile to sort the window sill painting by getting a reliable painter as well. Highly recommend Rivercity Buiding Team!!

Got the initial quote through email but real quote was slightly cheaper after on-site measurements. Took over 5 weeks before the garage backdoor could be installed but I hold no grudge on that as current time might be a busy season. Punctuality is amazing. Cole worked with utmost professionalism who at the end did the cleaning with near perfection as if nothing ever happened except that new door. He even spent 20 minutes on my request to fit a securistay on one of the windows but declined my offer of a tip for that. Thank you, Nu-style.

Awesome company well worth the wait. Sliding door was replaced within 4 hours of replacing the old one. They didn't muck about, started the job on arrival. They were very polite and cleaned the mess. Highly recommended as they go beyond expectations.

I bought a house and my first job is to add a conservatory. I contacted this company. first messaged them. The response was I should fill an online form. I did. the response was your budget is not enough. Shane didn't bother even to talk to me and ask me more. I wouldn't reveal my real budget in an online form for many reasons. Also my house is an L shape and I had a rough estimation from other company. Very disappointed with the communication. When they treat a customer like this before a job start I'm sure after the job completion they won't be responsive to any quality.Not recommended at all.
