I went to my doctor first time a year ago in a condition unable to wake..and here I am today perfectly healthy...

Dr Suppiah provided the WORST care I have ever received from a Dr.A complete lack of care for the pain I was in, and he treated my appointment like it was a bother to him or waste of his time. It felt very rushed, and he did not look at the area of pain until I basically begged him too during my $500+ 20 minutes appointment. I received such wonderful care from the other professionals I saw over my time with him (the Fellow at the hospital for example took just over an hour to ask me questions, do a full examination and run me through possible diagnosis). Dr Suppiah gave me meds with no explanation as to the side effects (which turned out to be so bad I came off them very quickly), asked me nothing about any medical history in the family which might trigger these reactions, and didn't tell me what to do I had to come off them. I had to google and research all of this myself. My during my final appointment he gave me a diagnosis to something I had to later google due to lack of ANY information given during the call, and still I can't find proper info on. I wasn't given a care plan, and when asked if I could contact him if I had any further questions on this diagnosis he literally told me 'no, I have more important patients to treat'. Left me in tears at the end of every appointment due to this complete and utter lack of care.

Doug is the best! Always there to help during the difficult times and will drop everything to help you the best he can. He’s really knowledgeable and down to earth. Never had a bad experience in the 3ish years I’ve been a patient with him. The wait for an appointment is usually really quick and if you need to be seen ASAP and there’s no appointments available they call you if there’s a cancellation.

I've been in a lot of rehab centers... and for sure this is one of the best. Really happy with the treatment and professionalism received.I'll come back soon

Would give more stars if possible. Fantastic reception team, Dr Tiplady was amazing, very professional, and kept me very informed and educated me on the process not just during the session but plans for what next. Recommended to all colleagues and friends.

I injured my hip area in September 2022 and was in a lot of pain and tried rest, physio, and ant-inflammatory medication but without any improvement. On the 2nd of December 2022 I had an ultrasound that showed inflammation of the hip bursa and gluteal tendon tear with calcification. I avoided cortisone injections as I was looking for healing rather than masking the symptoms. Given I had remarkable success with the PRP injection for my right elbow in 2019 under Dr. Hassan Mubark, I decided to have an experimental plasma injection into the hip area in March 2023. After a period of 6 weeks post the procedure, I was pain-free with normal function in the hip area. Yesterday, the 25th of May 2023 after an ultrasound at SRG I received the best news ever - 10 weeks after the procedure the ultrasound at SRG revealed no inflammation of the bursa, and the gluteal tendon tear has healed but the calcification remained. I am happy with regenerative medicine whether it is a simple plasma therapy or stem cell treatment (more costly) as it is superior to cortisone which only masks the symptoms. Several years ago I woke up with terrible dizziness - vertigo like symptoms and was very unwell. I couldn't get out of bed and was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I had treatment but after a while the dizziness came back and my Specialist recommended that I went for radioactive iodine treatment. I refused and decided to seek Traditional Chinese Medical treatment and I was very fortunate to have found Dr. Emily Han. Just by reading my pulse, she said it was my heart that was extremely weak that was causing my dizziness. She was very professional, confident and friendly. I trusted Dr Emily and started my treatment with her. I am now feeling well again, got my energy back, I could go back to work and did some travelling, and lost a lot of weight too. My Manager, Sue noticed that I look and sound much better now and said that I was very lucky to have found Dr Emily. I couldn't have agreed more! First appointment of the day, doctor already running late. Invites me in for consultation, was nice to see him browsing social (browser still open) for the 10 minutes I was waiting for him.Thoroughly disengaged throughout the whole consultation. So really, I paid $100 to wait in a waiting room and have a conversation with someone who had no interest in helping.The fact that he repeatedly suggested I take medication I told him I couldn't shows exactly how disengaged he was, and how much he wanted to get back to his social media.
