I have the most horrible experience with these guys. I have paid them in Friday, showed them proof of payment and logged into my account infront of them and showed them full cleared payment. They told me go and come back on Tuesday. Not sure how long will it take for these guys to check a payment. Had the worest experience with these guys

Dan has been incredibly helpful and accommodating whenever an issue arises. He's informative, thorough, kind, and keeps customer satisfaction front of mind. He previously ran the Wellington Tesla mobile service prior to the Tesla center being put up, and even though the workload must have increased dramatically, he hasn't changed one bit. Richie the customer service rep. is also superb; he takes customer service to the next level.Exceptional cars and great service. Definitely recommend.

Only recently opened so it looks very bare, staff is friendly and service done quick. They offered me $60 Uber voucher to get around while the car is in service, no courtesy car on this service centre yet.

Note that there's only one entrance to the customer carpark for both retail and service so be sure to slow down when you see the Tesla tall sign.

I had an amazing experience with the Tesla team! From the moment I reached out with my inquiries, they were incredibly kind and friendly. Maya, in particular, stood out with her prompt and helpful responses to all of my questions. The staff's dedication to customer satisfaction made my Tesla experience truly delightful. Not only are their cars fantastic, but the outstanding service from Maya made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Thank you.
