Impatient and unprofessional. If you choose to work with children patience is a trait required. Walked out half through our scan due to the sonographers unprofessional and rude behaviour. Will see Dr here but will never let my child be scanned again here.

Phenomenal easy to access they take excellent care of you Dr Gerber is wonderful very knowledgeable listens to you and goes out of his way to help

The care I received was top notch. I saw Dr Chris Ellis and was extremely impressed by his thoroughness and attention to detail. That’s a great quality in a doctor.

Very good professional staff

Thanks to Prof Malcom Legget and his family for their help yesterday. They came across me yesterday when I had a major gash to my leg after falling off my bike. He kept a close watch on me and took me to the medical centre in his private vehicle as an ambulance was unavailable. A really caring and lovely group of people. Thank you very much for your help and kindness.

My dad had an appointment with Will from Cardio Labs and he was amazing to deal with. Starting with making it easy to get an appointment quickly and was so good at making my dad feel relaxed through out the scanning process. We totally recommend CardioLabs.

Dr Janice was very unprofessional and nasty towards my mother who was in hospital with heart problems very uncaring shouldn’t be a dr if u have a attitude like hers.

We see to see Patricia Ding, who is impatient and money-hungry. She recommended us many expensive tests. Her attitude become impatient and rude once we said we could not afford all these tests. Her attitude made my mother extraordinarily uncomfortable and untrusted. Instead of double-checking with her team but blaming the patient never had a blood test done. Lucky we kept the receipt and contacted their blood test team ourselves directly to find the result. She never said sorry. Although she emphasised she could not get a complete diagnosis without the patient completing all the expensive tests recommended, she gave an evaluation report which stated the patient was in a terrible condition. The report made the whole family worry sick. We later went to see another cardiologist who demonstrated to us what meant professional.
