I had a fantastic experience here! He was so friendly and attentive and made me (and my children) feel very welcome. The prices are very reasonable, with a great range of quality frames. I had my new glasses within an hour (with special lenses for high prescription), which is unheard of! Highly recommend you pay him a visit. :)

I had a nice experience with my yearly eye-test at OPSM. One factor is that my vision is good and so I am happy with the results. The second factor is that Chloe (the optometrist) was very professional and kind.I always appreciate the quality work they do with eye tests.

Tony is a fantastic optometrist. I have a health condition that can cause sudden and severe eye issues. Tony always fits me in on the day no matter how busy he is! He really cares about your eyes and eye health. Highly recommend

Wonderful service, was offerred a cancelled appointment, took it and had a lovely experience. Was given full health check of my eyes, shown the photos and provided with detailed explanation of what was being checked. I was able to quickly find suitable new frames and after going for coffee nearby, collected my newly fitted glasses with updated lenses 45 minutes later. Over the moon happy getting same day full service including new glasses. Thank you team, completely happy with your friendly professional service.

The store manager Carla provides a terrible customer experience.From the first interaction, you can tell she’s not there to help.A few examples:Calls me up a day prior my eye check to ask me if it’s ok a graduate student and a optometrist checked my eyes at the same time.I said ok because I wanted to help the student. But when I showed up it turns out it was only the student that will be doing the eye test. I had to say no.Instead of explaining the product to you, she puts a video in front of you and expects you to watch it.She doesn’t provide you with the full information, I only found out that I could’ve got Rayban lenses with my Rayban frames because the lenses she pushed for was straining my eyes.When I went back to talk about the lenses straining my eyes, she asked me to wait, but all she was doing was standing there looking at what her other colleague was doing.Even though she said she would give me a call back in a few days, I had to call up for an update. Didn’t hear from her about a week later, at that point this was getting too much for me and I felt like giving up.Overall I would say the experience was terrible. I only gave an extra star because she tried to make it right and the final time I went back the other lady provided a better customer experience.
