Best high school for your daughters. I enrolled my daughters last year when we moved from the US, and they have been thriving. I highly recommend this school for any parent who is wanting to choose an all-girls high school.

I don't see the point of this school. Claims to be an all-girls school, but that can't be the case as girls are a myth invented by the government to sell more bathrooms in the 1960's. Wake up everyone, we're living in the Matrix here!

Otago Girls' High School
I attended Otago Girls a few years ago, and absolutely loved my time there. The school has such a supportive culture and such a huge variety of opportunities to take advantage of. I believe I have been able to succeed in further education because of the skills and learning I received there, and would highly recommend it for those looking for a high school in Ōtepoti.

I love this school. Hghs helped me as a young women to grow not only academically but personally. I have made some life long friends here that will forever change me. The only thing about this school that I didn't like was the strict uniform rules

I o mahi katoa mahia - priviledged to have worn this logo on the school monogram when I was at Hato Hohepa. School reunion in 2017 was the Best, humble beginnings, trip down memory lane, over 1000 old girls returned to be part of the experience. Catering was outstanding, the best I have ever seen, exquisite selection of foods. The SJC sisterhood lives on in all of us, happy to be part of history.

Inflation is appalling. Came to the canteen to get a bargain during a hard days work, but instead, got robbed in broad daylight, $4.50 for a steam bun. Most teachers are honestly pretty nice besides the odd few, and you can meet some nice people, but you won't go a day without a passing judgement from girls in the hallway.
