Wow. I am extremely impressed with the service. I ordered at night, immediately had email confirmation. Within 20 minutes had dispatch information with tracking and the next afternoon. It arrived with Aramax who really are usually slow. Thank you team for your great service

False advertising"i made an online order and they cancelled it 4 days laterthey did refund my moneywont reply to my emails with a real explanation and just changed the price online i will be giving you any more business i feel that it was dishonest"

Absolutely brilliant in every respect. Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service skills were 5 star, the items I bought were also 5 star and the pricing was probably the most competitive in New Zealand. What a great find. I'll be back!

Purchased anchor winch package online which was accepted and payment taken. Received email later cancelling order stating out of stock. Checked online shortly after to find still available but increase of $1000!!! They then tried to sell me just the winch for nearly $200 more than the original package price. Just admit pricing error and apologise next time.

Thank you for sending my online order.I have changed this review from a 1 star to 3 star.You just really need to work on your communication with your online customers I found it very frustrating not knowing what was going on with my order no order confirmation no tracking no information at all
