The communication was excellent and I received the parcel with no problems. I'm just a little be disappointed with the packaging, but I understand how things work nowadays. The main reason I purchased this product is for being a bit more of eco-friendly using less plastic in my packaging. It's a shame that units came wrapped in plastic. I hope soon we adapt all the processes. Cheers

Very rude and dishonest staff, use with caution

Honestly dog poo customer services, cleaning and laundry business should stay away for this supplier. Located 15 minutes away equal 3 days lead time. Ordered by email - no reply, enquired by email - no reply, given the wrong chemical - no reply, overcharged, asked for credit note - no reply, payment late for 1 day - 5 emails, cannot buy the full tank due to short of stock - get 1/10 volume tank for 4x the volumetric prices. So glad that soon I will not have to deal with this brand anymore.

This shop has some must have products for cleaning. Restorex: a kiwi made product is one. If you have any porcelain or glass with watermarks, this stuff is incredible. Be careful to use on the right surfaces , never use on painted surfaces or formica benches or cupboards though. It'll damage .On plastic car headlights amazing! Total washroom: very very effective product too, try this product with a random orbital polisher and you'll soon have your glass showers looking really wonderful. These products are exclusively here. Very helpful staff and some very helpful discounts especially if you come here regularly.
