A con alright. On top of the ridiculous fee to transfer the policy they also have a clause in their terms that can get them out of just about anything - the clause being 'reasonably discoverable'. In my case I had showers that were not built correctly. They are saying that I should have picked this up before buying the new home. To do this I would need to lift the tiles, membrane and scree during an open home!!! What an absolute joke. This is the worst clause I have ever come across in any companies terms.

The parking situation was confusing. There is no parking close to the door, which is strange for an organization catering for the disabled. Before entering, I tried to scan the covid app placed on the inside of a glass window, but this was impossible due to glare. Maybe bc it was nearing Christmas, the self opening door was locked, and a staff member needed to come and let me in. On a positive note, the staff member handed my enquiry with ease, and processed my transaction quickly.
