I cried when we got Caramel back. He's absolutely beautiful!I was worried about sending him in as I wanted to keep his quirks he'd acquired over the years and I had this idea in my head that he'd be returned looking brand new and not like himself.The care you took to keep him as he is while ensuring he gets years more life is incredible.I can't recommend Keiths dolls hospital enough

Thank you Faith and KeithWow what a fantastic job. Fixing and dressing my 4 porcelain dolls. I am so happy. I made them in 1988 and quite attached to them. They are finally looking how they should with the most beautiful period clothes and damage repaired. Once again thank you so much.

Fixed up Ted wonderfully to be handed down into his 3rd generation. Such a great job and safe workmanship very reasonable price we just burst into tears of fondness when we saw the finished results he even has his original growl back!

Took my child's very well loved toy echidna to be repaired as it was wearing out and I was very concerned it was about to fall apart entirely. It has been strengthened really well to keep all the stitching together without changing the appearance at all. Very pleased with the quality of work, this toy will now last a long time, and Keith was very friendly and easy to deal with.
