I think they need more staff and also they send me emails about contacting them because I haven’t filed a IR3 even though I have already done that and received my refund....also takes a long time to get your donations tax...they need a more efficient system. Or more training for the staff...but I don’t know the ins and outs as I don’t know what they do I’m sure there is probably a reason.

Very helpful, patient and pragmatic staff

I was expecting that the waiting time for me to be able to talk to an IRD employee/representative would take forever, based on the negative reviews, but turns out it didn’t. When I first entered the room, for an appointment (walk-ins are allowed), I was greeted with a polite smile and greeting by both the guards and the woman who would be talking to me. It was such a good experience because they are aware of the flaws of the website but she did everything she can to help me sort out my refund, since I was the one who made a mistake. I think it’s absolutely unfair to blame the employees for doing THEIR job, if you think IRD system could be better, make a petition to the government, don’t lash out your anger on employees who are ONLY doing THEIR jobs!!! Anyways, shoutout to Ms. Pearl, for being such a great person, with very good communication skills, and has the patience to talk me through what I should do and to contact her if there are any more problems. I got my refund back, so I can say with confidence that she helped me a lot. Thanks!

The staff on the general public counter Level 7 were most accommodating, helpful and polite. The lady helped me out with my tax return and now all is good. I am extremely grateful for her patience, especially at the end of a long day.

Waste of time. No one answers

Gina and her team are amazing, extremely professional and bring more value to the table. Called them and they literally said the call volumes are to high then hung up on me. Went into the office, one staff member 3 people in front of me. A wierd beeping noise that sounds like life support. Not a good experience

They are a community centre based in Kaiwaka and have been for over 20 years. They care about all people, young and old, within Kaiwaka and surrounding areas.

Tried to call many times says no one can take the call the branch temporarily shut ... making shure they take every dollar from you never seems to be a problem
