Was pretty friendly staff, it definitely smelt in the store but I suppose it is to be expected when housing rodents. But the rodents cage was dirty obviously doesn't get cleaned daily and they weren't friendly. One of the males even tried tried eat my finger although I don't hold that to him.They had alot of variety compared to other pet stores. Overall I felt a bit belittled by whom I can only guess was the owner or manager when talking facts about the reptiles and my interest in getting one. But I suppose it's their job to make sure you know what you are getting into.

Purchased refurbished iPhone 12 from the seller. The phone is in excellent condition, comes with all the right pieces in the box. Easy and polite communicator, the phone was ready within the same working day. Happy with the purchase. Will definitely buy again from SmartGear NZ.

I have purchased x2 mobile phones an iPhone 7plus and a Samsung 20, 1 was through Afterpay and the other1 today through Zip pay with no hassles at all. Both phones are immaculate and well worth it. They each came with a screen protector which he kindly installed himself and with a clear case. I highly recommend Smart Gear.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in a pet shop before was wanting to buy a frog lady told me I needed to provide a photo of my tank or pond before purchasing and that same applies for purchasing goldfish etc ild never ever heard this at any petshop before and had previously come here before and brought frogs and never had to provide photos before asked her since when did it come in you need to provide photos she said it's always been like that I asked her why there are nothing on tanks stating to provide photos and asked her for documentation regarding this which she couldn't provide she was so rude
