Disappointed with the poor customer service my Fiancé and I received from this store. I was recommended The Diamond Shop by a friend of mine, so we decided to take a visit to have a look at wedding bands.We felt very rushed and unappreciated. The store assistant wasn’t very helpful and at the end she took down all my details and said she would be in touch. Three weeks later and not a peep from anyone. Extremely frustrating as I was looking forward to making a bespoke ring after hearing such wonderful feedback.

As an American visiting New Zealand for the first time, I couldn't be more pleased with the result of Orbit Jewelry's and owner Jeurg's services. Jeurg is a true artist, and his design and making of a gold pendant for me was flawless, including its delivery to the U.S. after I returned home. I can highly recommend him and his firm!

Greg Holland is an outstanding craftsman, his work and ideas are truly amazing!We loved working with Greg on our engagement and wedding rings and also my diamond earrings and a necklace over the years. Being involved in the design process is really exciting, it really gives you a unique experience and an amazing result (at no extra cost of buying from a high street store).I would not hesitate to use Greg Holland Jewellery again, in fact I look forward to it...! This is worth the $15 I am probably going to be charged in roaming costs. I am currently on a cruise after my partner and I decided to take a walk up the pier of your lovely town of Akaroa. I was left with a small piece of rubbish I found on the walk. I asked to utilize their bin to dispose of it and was advised to proceed to walk to the end of the pier and use the council provisioned ones. It’s quite alright the rubbish did find one of these bins. Do not forget that your store relies solely on tourism dollar, a tourism dollar which is sent due to the pristine condition of this beautiful part of the world. Maybe have a consideration towards this before turning someone away for doing the right thing.

What a lovely, locally owned business. What a true joy it was to buy our wedding rings from you today, and to support a family owned store. These people are clearly passionate about what they do, and are genuine experts. It was so refreshing to be in such good hands, to be free from pushy sales people. My ring was a little more than we were expecting to spend but we were treated so gently and respectfully, that it was worth every cent for the experience, as well as the beautiful ring

I had an amazing experience working with Colin. A truly remarkable job was done to make my dream rings come to life. I could not havecome up with such a beautify design on my own and Colin somehow read my mind, creating the perfect design. Sera made me the most beautiful ring I've ever seen that I used to propose. She was extremely helpful and was there through the entire process. Our wedding bands too were just gorgeous. Just an incredible atmosphere and team working at the diamond shop. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I had my engagement ring custom made at the Jewellers Workshop. My fiance and I worked along side the lovely Caitlin who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgable in her approach. Received a pair of earrings for Christmas from my granddaughter, they were purchased at Jamies, Frankton, Queenstown, (New Zealand). Unfortunately six weeks later the post on the back of one broke off. I happened to be there in January and returned earrings hoping Jamies would replace or fix.The sales assistant was most helpful saying they did not have that particular earring in stock at that time but would send it back to the manufacturer (in Australia) to be repaired/replaced. They kept me informed on progress the whole way through, even down to phoning me the day before they couriered them back to me at my distant home town address ... I received them one day later.Excellent service for a small jeweller other businesses should follow example of good customer service, I would definitely buy from them again.

Really happy with the whole experience! Paul and Claudia were lovely to deal with and helped my fiancé choose the perfect ring. Also had no problem getting a matching wedding band. Highly recommend!
