Very helpful lovely lady. We just came home with 4 amazing stunning chickens. Her knowledge was so helpful as were her products. We feel she can answere any questions we have she was not in a hurry to move us on when she received our money she still wanted to help and exchange her knowledge. Found the staff member that owns the place to be condescending, arrogant, inflexible and rude. I am giving 2 stars as the other staff members are very helpful. I am unsure why someone who clearly doesn't understand what customer rapport or service is ends up working in retail. It's not a huge surprise as I have heard that she is unhelpful and doesn't like to be wrong. Not impressed. Great customer service means everything! If you don't have customers you don't have a business! Room for improvement!

Owners so friendly and great service by them, definitely will go back for more wood shavings once we run out, great reasonable prices. We bought the bale of shavings, used some of it today and it barely looks like I've touched it. Highly recommend this place!

Beware of this company . One of their x staff attempt burglary to many shops with keys Don't trust this company. Irresponsible management, if they have emailed or given a call to all the suppliers about their staff has stolen the shop keys, many burglary could have been stopped. No basic knowledge.
