The doctors here are really friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel very welcome.

There's always a long wait. But staff and doctors are nice and friendly.

Horrible experience. Lovely staff but useless and unorganised. The doctor told me he wasn’t sure what was wrong with me by giving me one glance and handed me multiple prescriptions and told me to try them out. Didn’t ask me any questions about other symptoms etc etc. Went to pharmacist and she diagnosed me straight away. Upset I wasted my money.

This is more of a review for Local Doctors in general but also includes a review for this branch. Went to the Dawson Road branch after work at around 4pm yesterday and was told we are not seeing any more patients as we are extremely busy which they were. Suggested I could go to the Dannemora branch which I did and got there in about ten minutes time. The receptionist there told me they were not seeing more patients as they were a doctor short and to go to another branch. Went home and just showed up the Mr. Roskill branch at 8:05 sharp hoping to get seen early. Door was closed and a nurse standing outside told me to come back at 9 as the 8am doctor had called in sick.Hope I can see a doctor for my sore throat this weekend. Next week though, I will be changing my clinic for sure.

Their website does not say anything about not accepting walk-ins to inquire about services. Went in yesterday to inquire about immigration medicals and the receptionist - instead of re-directing us to the number on the door - was very arrogant and condescending. Regardless of the reason, information needs to be delivered in a respectful manner and the receptionist has no idea what respect means. I would not recommend wasting your money and time here. Had a much better experience ringing a different clinic in town.

Extremely long wait time. My 95 year old father had to wait nearly an hour and a half in a waiting room full of flu sufferers. No wonder he still ha his chest infection. With better organisation they could reduce the wait time to more like 10-15minutes maximum like other surgeries.

Had a skin consultation with Dr. Rachel Lee. The appointment was on time, no waiting. Accommodated most of the requests. She provided a cause and solution for the issue. Done the Cryotherapy without any pain or stinging. Had multiple visits, in the last visit I was 5 mins late and I informed the receptionist guy. He said I can't visit the doctor this time, as I was 5 mins late. But another Receptionist Girl came and told its okay and told me to take a seat as the doctor was in another procedure. But that guy kept saying that I am late by 5 mins 3 times and wanted me to not attend my appointment. But another kind receptionist said its okay. I reduced 1 star just because of the receptionist person.

Dont come to dawson doctors coz they only see there own kind instead of letting them wait in line. I been sitting here for 2hours and all i see is indians getting seen and the rest of us have to wait. This place does not care for others only care for there own kind. . Who do i see to shut this place down . Knowing dam well they are not skilled at there job. . Still waiting .
