Washer & dryer repair service

Useless. They book in 2 weeks time just to take photos on the day of appointment, which would have been already on an email. And they need another 2 weeks to figure out what to do. They are taking on jobs without actual stock for items that might need replacement - very poor planning. They also will not communicate unless asked.

Got recommended to them by Harvey Norman and am glad that they did.Had a fridge and freezer that was not cold anymore and they arranged for someone to come by the following day.Wolf was fast, professional and worked quickly. Labour cost was $17+GST per 10 minutes so I appreciate that he did the job efficiently and charged accurately too.He also explained clearly what went wrong and what needs to be fixed. Would use this company again if another appliance breaks.

Do not bother. Spoke to him for less than 5minutes due to his hostility. He needs to practice new business phone calls like asking the questions prior the customer speaking. For example; what's the issue and do you know the model number and if so what is it.In reply to Dave's reply -Never asked for someone perfect, just wanted the problem fixed.I was agitated because:1. After explaining what the issue was he started to lecture me agitatedly because I didn’t give him the model number straight away. He kept saying “I can’t do anything with a model number”. And I had all the information ready to go.2. When trying to give him the model number he kept talking over me and I even offered to send a photo to him if that was easier for him to understand the situation. He declined and proceeded to lecture me more about the model number - I'm an expert now.And no, definitely not or will ever be a customer. Got the washing machine fixed by another company that were super easy to deal with over the phone.

The technician came out to see my oven promptly and was able to replace the hinges, seal, element and a bulb immediately. Saved me substantially not having to replace the oven.

We took an appliance in to KD Electrical and they quickly found it unrepairable and told us their fee for this swift diagnosis was $100. We challenged this as it seemed very expensive and have now received their Bill for $120. No travel. The invoice states minimum travel/labour 1/2 hour that is $240 per hour this is highway robbery. Will never darken their door again. We have given them 2 opportunities to review their billing. This is our second less then pleasant experience with this company.

First off ( a good indication of work ethic ), Kevin kept to his word and arrived on the day and time he said he would to fix our F&P washing machine. He repaired our machine promptly and professionally. Really communicative with what the problem was also. Honest - reliable and so refreshing to meet such a neat person. I have a Bosch washing machine which is some years old now and making odd noises. I rang up Butler and Hewitt and spoke to a lady to arrange a visit for a repair. Not only was this lady very helpful but, it would appear, she was also very astute in diagnosing a possible cause. Whilst I realise that “common things occur commonly” I was still impressed at her knowledge and phone manner.Also a credit, was the fact that the engineer not only turned up at the time stated but was also very informative, efficient and pleasant. He also carried the required parts at hand. He too was a great ambassador for the company. I would not hesitate in recommending this company for any appliance repair. By the way – the appliance now works as new.

Made arrangements to look at my front load washing machine and he came over the next day. Spent just over half hr to replace the belt and a wire. He's down in my address book for my regular appliance man now, I'm so happy with the professional polite service.

I have read some bad reviews about this vendor but that wasn’t the case with us!! Great communication, offer of a loan TV which wasn’t required because the part showed up and the technician bought it to the house and fixed the TV on-site. Showed up when expected and the job was completed with no problems. Happy customer.
