Two words to describe this place UTTERLY USLESS.As always when i choose a place i First read the reviews and there was a few bad ones relating to poor customer service/contact.I thought maybe its just a few off occasions BUT i was wrong same thing has happened to me.Took my washing machine in for them to look at.At first i was impressed by the friendly staff who greeted me but that's where it stopped.Has been a month and no follow ups or calls to say oh hey we are still waiting on parts.Called after 3 weeks to check progress and was told the part had not come in yet. i asked can you call the supplier and find out an eta as you know how tough it is being a single dad with a 3 year old child is.Was told he waited on the phone for 20 min and still did not get a answer.I asked well send a email and find out.Over a week as passed and still no contact from them.As someone in the service industry myself i would never let my customers down as much as this place has and i have been on the phone for hours chasing up parts and making sure the customer is kept in contact withPeople don't go here They can not provide a reasonable level of customer service
