They sell damaged & seems not new products to customers. Bought a computer desk where it looks like it is not new and damaged. Asked for refund and they keep saying they already sent the new one without listening to customer's requirement.I keep ask for refund, company said they already sent the new one and cannot give back refund. To refund, I have to bring the faulty one AND new one to them to check for inspection.They continuously refusing to reply back to email and customer support never gets their phone.DO NOT BUY any products from this company. They sell faulty ones and never do communication with customers

I bought gas cook top on April and shape of burner rings change so I emailed them someone call me from new market store and they said we will deliver that part to you I wait 2 week nothing hear from them call again and they said I will check with warehouse and I will update you wait another 3 days no reply call them again and still they don’t know when there warehouse can sort out the part it’s really disappointing and frustrated they don’t have clue at all they just know to sell their after sales service is really really bad be careful before you bought anything from new market store. Finally they sent a replacement after months

She promptly emailed all the specs from the appliances we were interested in and also emailed specs from appliances we might be interested in. We are glad she did because we changed our mind on some appliances. Her manner and helpfulness was expert and outstanding. We are very happy. Thank you!

The stuff and deals are too good . I been to shop two three times but today had an awful experience by behaviour of customer service representative .I was served by Gurdeep before she is too good but the other girl she don’t even know how to deal with the customer.Honestly speaking me and my husband will never go to that lady .Lots of wishes to Gurdeep . But other girl should attend some classes that how to serve customers.

Buy these appliances at your own risk!Spent big on a brand new combo washer/dryer with these guys which broke after exactly 2 years. Eventually, after 1 year and about 8 visits from a tech, who was unable to fix it, they replaced it with a much smaller, outdated looking model they claim was a brand new released model (it isn't, they lied to me on the phone) Now not even 1 year into using the replacement and it keeps having errors. I don't even want to try and deal with these guys again to get it fixed since it was a drawn out, exhausting ordeal the first time.These appliances break quickly and repeatedly and Midea is slow and reluctant to help with anything. Absolutely abyssmal that they charge so much for faulty appliances. Do not buy this brand!

The service that the Kuvings NZ (Pudney & Lee) provides is really unsatisfactory. I sent a SV500 for repair and it took 2 months for them to figure out the issue & repair it. The sad part is that they don't provide any updates. I had to constantly follow up to know the progress.Kuvings products are really worth the money. However the after sale support from Kuvings NZ (Pudney & Lee) is quite disappointing. So think twice before you go with Kuvings NZ.

Joanne is so awesome to work and deal with and she has excellent customer services with prompt communication and deliverance. We got a Bosch fridge from able and it’s going great so far.If you are ordering any appliances, able is the place to go to first as there was a huge price difference from other places. Not so happy with the delivery as the truck driver was not willing to help carry the fridge to the kitchen and dropped it off at the driveway only. Able needs to change this for heavy appliances. In a a nutshell Thanks heaps again!!
