Truly disappointed, there are much better ones to go to in Hamilton

Music was great, had a good time until I hit my head on the brick wall so got a bit concussed. Women’s toilet in worst place ever and I felt very sick and dissy so ran to nearest toilet which was men’s and then got kicked out. Stuff wasn’t very approachable and had bad attitude. I went to have a drink of water and they wouldn’t allow me to. Once got kicked out I asked to talk to someone or make a complaint and wasn’t allowed. I understand being kicked out for vomitting but it wasn’t cause I was intoxicated and I went to the nearest toilet rather than vomiting on the floor. Personally wouldn’t go back because of how I was treated but I enjoyed the music and had a good time until then.

The team at Willow 'The Caravan Bar' are amazing to work with. We hired them for an engagement party and the service we received was second to none. Highly recommend!

We had Willow at our wedding in February and they were fantastic.The caravan looks great and fit in so well, and they were very fast at supplying drinks so no one was thirsty, while staying chatty and making sure everyone had a good time.We had a lot of friends and family tell us afterwards how great the team behind the bar was. I'd definitely recommend them for any private event in the future

We were lucky enough to have the Willow team serving drinks at our wedding. Their caravan is absolutely gorgeous and the bartenders were super friendly. They were great to deal with leading up to our big day too. For any outdoor boho events in the future, we will definitely be recommending Willow.

We hired Willow for our post wedding lunch and it was the best decision we made. The girls were an absolute dream to deal with and were very accommodating to our requests. They made incredible cocktails for everyone and it was great to relax on the day knowing they had everything sorted. The Caravan looks amazing and made the party so special and unique. I would 100% recommend Willow to anyone hosting a special event, you’ll never regret it!
