Worst council in the world! Endless banging and concrete cutting here in the middle of Milford, keeping us Residents who live here awake at night till after 10. No consideration for us who have to rise early and no end in site. This has been going on for MONTHS!

Pretty useless noise complaint services. Complained about a nearby business blasting loud music and heavy bass till 2:30am for hours to no results. Don’t even waste your time.

Papakura Local Board office
Second time in a year I dealt with Maria at Papakura over a licensing matter. What great customer service! She listens and has excellent knowledge and a fantastic demeanour in her role.I would feed this back through the council system but I suspect that’s just a black hole that no one looks at or cares about. Still waiting for a response to my email I sent three weeks ago.Keep up the good work, Maria.

Auckland Council Takapuna Service Centre and Devonport-Takapuna Local Board Office
I have just been to their Takapuna Service Center to get a property file for a house that i want to buy to see if its made of treated timber. The very pleasant front desk lady told me that i might not need it and best to have a free consultation first with one of their consultants. She gave me to Rosemary and she has changed my life since then. She was very helpful with all the questions that i have in my mind and went the extra mile to really help me. This just revalidates my experience in this country and how public service should be everywhere in the world. Kudos to Auckland Council! Keep up the good work.

Re New Lynn Culvert Repairs & Post upgrades.. Interesting to note business affected by post culvert repairs disruption left with no feedback til work has started. This is inclusive of Local Business Association, Whau Board & it's chairperson, AT and Council.
