My company (Queenstown Radio Services Ltd) has dealt with Valen for a number of years and find their products to be excellent. The delivery is efficient and timely, what more could you ask for. Communication from the sale team at Valen is exceptional. An all round great company to deal with.

We got in touch with Matt last year and he came to check out our set up.We had built-in ceiling speakers around the house and in our patio area. They were connected to a Hills Home Hub system that hadn't worked since before we owned the house.We had multiple specialists over to look at it but no one had been able to figure it out or come up with an alternative solution. All we wanted to do was play music / TV through the current speaker set up.Matt immediately  recognized the system and was able to come up with a great recommendation that made a lot of sense. He spent time explaining how everything would work so we were pretty excited that we had finally found a solution.The install went really smoothly, great quality components and no stress. Matt was really patient explaining the instructions and showing us tips and tricks on how to get the most from our new set up.WE ARE SOO STOKED!! Our entrainment system has completely changed the house. I can't recommend Matt highly enough he is the man and his knowledge and professionalism is truly next level. Thanks again Matt!

Firstly when I phoned Peter was awesome - answered all my questions and moved things around so the job could be done for me on the same day.The guys who attended the job were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble - they were polite and explained what they were doing all the way throughout.It's hard to find good trades people these days - 100% recommend Trilectrical to anyone after a company who can pretty much do it all when comes to electrical issues!Thanks Peter and team!!

I’ve used Matt from SoundAdvice for various home AV and internet upgrades over the last 5+ years. The team service is fantastic and all staff were all very friendly and professional. Darrell gave an honest and accurate quote and was very open in his communication throughout the process. The installation team were great – fast, efficient and made sure I could see updates on what they were doing. Darrell came in on the day of installation to check the workmanship to sign it off and Aileen was great with administration in the process. I highly recommend working with them!

Awesome staff, easy to deal with and can source exactly what you need

I dont normally do reveiws, but this company has been the worst one ive delt with.No communication, turn up half hour late, then turn up 1.5hour early no phone calls the electricians turned up with out a vurtisy call, didnt even know they were coming out.Ive had to follow everything up, my heat transfer job is still not complete and requires a 4th visit.I Paid in full over a month and a half ago. They couldn't complete job on the first date that was already over a month late. Second date the electrician still had to come back out. I called to ask when still no date or time.The most dull, rude no customer service, no friendlyness receptionist on the planet!Trying to talk to the lady was like trying to get blood out of a stone. She mumbled and wasn't clear. I didn't know if she was talking to me herself or another person in the office. I sat waiting for 20min in silence while she waited for a email reply, yet she was never clear on what was happening as she didn't talk!Still no out come and she never said bye and just hung up!The installers were fine however.So frustrated with this company.

The team at Power Co I find are every helpful and very caring of their customers. They take the time to understand you and your situation. Thanks for being such an awesome team! 100% recommend!
