Service was excellent highly recommended. Usually people struggle to find my vein but this older man had no problem with just one poke I felt no sting. Very professional

Absolutely disgusted. Had an appointment at 10.10 it's now 10.40 still havnt been seen. I'm here with my mother who has a critical pain contion. So sitting in these stiff hard chairs for what's going to be over half an hour isn't acceptable at all. What's the point of appointments if you're going to be running 30m behind.We've watched so many people come in and just be seen to have the same thing we are having done.

The staff with a beautiful colorful long braided hair was so therapeutic it made me less anxious. She made me feel comfortable before asking my details and getting my blood plus made sure I go out of the room all set before opening the door for me to leave. Exceptionally professional. ❤️

I come here for fertility bloods all the time. Saturday that just passed the Asian girl working out of room 3 taking my blood tried to deny me saying fertility people can only come before 9am. She kept going on about how my results aren’t going to come in because i arrived at 11.Well guess what they came in an hour later.
