I just called this guy up as I wanted my piano tuning. (Keep in mind I have been playing for 20 plus years) and he said no I don’t want to do business with you because of the tone of your voice. Very rude and very unprofessional.

Justin did an amazing job of tuning our piano and adjusting the action so it played better. He is so particular and it is now beautifully in tune. It was also delightful to hear him play as he tested his work from time to time. I was lucky to hear a selection of superbly played ragtime and other snippets lofting through the house! Able Music Studio Sunnynook
This music studio is awful, the worst experience that I have ever had. The receptionist is rude and they always change the teacher without proper handover. Even I want to refund the tuition fee, they refused with no reason.If you are looking for a music school, trust me, this is not better choice.

Brian recently moved a grand piano for me from Dunedin to Christchurch. I had been overseas at the time attempting to coordinate the move and Brian was extremely professional and easy to deal with. He was very helpful throughout the process and gave excellent advice. The piano was well taken care of during the moving process, and I will definitely be contacting Brian again in the future with any piano moving requirements.
