Travel lounge

Good place to refresh yourself before the early flights to Australia.Quite a small international lounge to be honest.Has all the basics an international lounge would offer such as shower room, hot food, good selection of drinks etc.Has a children room too.

Nice lounge. Standard fair.Main thing is that it's hard to find. The entrance is right in the middle of duty free shop after you pass security.

I've visited several times. Staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are fresh and tasty. I packed wrong power adapter and they had one for me to use. Recommend highly and thank you to all the staff.

Incident happened on 19th feb 2023 at Sydney airport: I havent witnessed an airline cancelling flights like the way Qantas and kicking out of airport forcing to collect check in baggages due to flight cancellation go thru immigration and customs clearance having a 11 month infant and 6 check in bags(out of which airline missed one). It was one hell out of a journey which we would want to forget soon and still going thru the distress and trauma. The airline helpdesk staff setup at sydney airport were the worst people i have ever met in my life. They treated every passenger as a 3rd class citizen. They lady(Qantas Staff) walking thru the queue was busy only handing over the leaflets and forcin to choose their own accomodation. Though we requested to provide accomodation at a near by hotel as our toddler was losing her patience, she hadnt considered our request and turned down our request. After standing in the queue for 3 hours, we were given a hotel which is 40 kms away from airport and told to pay for our own transport which was more 300$ trip in the night with all the checked im baggages had to go. It was such a terrible experience. Dear Qantas, it’s easy to handle situations when things are going smooth. Please teach your staff to handle tough situations and stand their side, giving some exemptions to passengers travelling with infants, elderly people. You would hardly have 1-2 families per flight.

Lovely food, nice wines, super service, clean showers, and not crowded. No barista coffee, but pretty great apart from that.

Probably the best Air New Zealand lounge in the country. If you love view or the apron you’ll adore this lounge.Heaps of space and different areas to sit, food is great and plentiful, and it’s just generally much more light and airy than any of other the lounges.

This is a really great lounge that accepts priority pass holders. There is a variety of hot and cold foods, teas, a soft drink dispenser, and even a pancake machine. There is a good selection of alcohol as well which will make a lot of people happy! The quality of the food itself is decent. Because the airport isn't usually very crowded anyway, the lounge isn't as well. Plenty of space for you to sit and chill out while waiting for your flight. There's a very spacious, clean and comfortable bathroom for you to take your shower as well if you happen to be stuck here in transit.

One of the better Air New Zealand domestics lounges. It can get crowded and seats are as always limited, but if you can squeeze in, you will find eventually some space. Highlight as always is barista made coffee, which never disappoint- one of the best. Also nice with finally some choice of healthy vegetarian and vegan food options ! Thank you for listening to requests! Service is swift and efficient with many staff members cleaning and restocking food, which certainly helps a lot. Lots of drinks to choose from including wines and beers and there is a bar as well if you are after something more fancy. Toilets are ok , but small and can be cleaned more often as it’s messy there with queues outside.
