Zen provides a top class holistic approach to treating alcoholism and drug addiction, The environment is top notch set on a Olive orchard with beautifully maintained gardens, It provided me with the opportunity to slow down and focus on getting well, I was only able to do this because the staff are kind compassionate and well educated in all aspects of this insidious disease.I am now 19 months clean and sober have a amazing relationship with my long suffering parents and are today a truly present committed father to my beautiful 11 year old girl.Don't hesitate to inquire for yourself or a loved one, as in the depths of addiction and we don't always think, there is a way out.... but have faith and courage as there is, im living proof!!!And for me the journey started right here at Zen Detox Premium Wellness Retreat.

I visited here with a friend who wanted to enrol. Only 2 seats in office. Young man we saw didn't even offer to get another seat!!! Just mentioned he only had 1 seat. I'm sure he could have borrowed a seat from another room? Would benefit on training from being more welcoming.

Maybe its all the meth they gave me but i love this place. xx

Highly recommended good experienced staff are understanding patient and very supportive. I've been with them for 6 years and they've given me the support I needed always and have stayed consistent.

Capri is a really unique place - a beautiful environment that will make you feel at home. I had only ever associated the Capri brand with addiction support, but their course content is relevant to anyone who might be struggling with anxiety, depression or other deep emotional struggle, or someone that just wants to learn really exceptional skills to improve their quality of life. The staff are what make the place - warm, friendly, professional but always happy to have a good laugh too.

I spent 3 weeks in Capri Sanctuary and came into the facility in a pretty bad state. My life was out of control and I felt emotionally empty. The staff are incredible. They are knowledgeable and friendly and the place quickly became a second home to me. The facilities are great with nice rooms, beautiful grounds, wifi, sky tv, etc. Over my stay and with the help of numerous people I learnt how to manage my emotions rather than be controlled by them. Capri Sanctuary has a psychiatrist, psychologist and experts in depression, substance abuse to give you insight into what the issues really are. I was taught techniques and skills that have given me control over my life as well as the ability to start to enjoy it again.Capri Sanctuary’s holistic approach understands the importance of physical health to your well-being. Capri has personalised training sessions in a modern ‘kitted out’ gym with a very experienced personal trainer. There are also yoga classes, a sauna and spa and even a weekly massage.I could not recommend Capri Sanctuary enough to anyone depressed, using substances or who feels their life is out of control. If your considering Capri Sanctuary don’t wait, get yourself in as soon as you can, I wish I had gone to Capri years before I did. You’ll emerge emotionally stronger than you’ve ever been.
