I rate Tim 10 out of 10! He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I was originally going to use schist veneer panels, however, Tims price for the installed Schist came in at a better price than me just buying the panels. I would certainly recommend his workmanship and service to anyone who asks.

The service at Tilemax Christchurch is beyond exceptional! Always met by very friendly and helpful staff and absolutely nothing is a problem they cant help with, their range of tiles and products related to the tiling trade is phenomenal, not to mention there awesome service they provide of cutting tiles, drilling holes in tiles etc for the DIY tiler.Tilemax Christchurch really is the BEST tile shop in Christchurch!!

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Tilemax Queenstown. From our first encounter to the end result. We were getting ideas together for the new house we were building when we first went into the Tilemax Queenstown showroom. We didn’t really know what we wanted just that we wanted tiling in the entry, 2 bathrooms and kitchen, and we didn’t have any idea of the quantities we needed, actually we just didn’t know where to start. Karl and Becks were amazing they guided us through the whole process. They took our ideas into consideration and with their expertise, knowledge of the industry and latest trends presented us with some options for our new home that we absolutely loved, this made it easy to make a final decision and put an order in place. We sent Karl our new build plans and he calculated the quantities we required. The tiles were then ordered into the Tilemax Warehouse. Once our site was ready to receive the tiles Tilemax arranged delivery to site for us. But the service didn’t stop there, they recommended a tile laying company who did an amazing job, when our electrician asked technical questions about the underfloor heating and the shower installer had queries that we couldn’t answer Karl was happy to talk to these trades people himself on our behalf. We have been in our new home for two months now and everyone who has visited us has commented on how amazing the tiles look. Thankyou Tilemax Queenstown you exceeded our expectations. We will never shop anywhere else for tiles and we would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending your business to anyone in future.

I went around heaps of tile places when I was renovating my house. I wanted a specific hexagon marble tile for the ensuite floor, but everywhere I went I was told it was too expensive. Conrad at Tilemax Petone was awesome. He was the only person who actually took the time to look at my plans and cost the tiles for me. Turned out it wasn't that expensive after all. Conrad has been so helpful throughout our renovation. He has answered all of my and our architects questions promptly and has come up with ideas and solutions to meet our needs. He is always friendly and is such a pleasure to deal with I'm going to tile my entrance hall as well! I totally recommend Tilemax Petone. They have a huge variety of tiles and actually care about your project.
