Was such a cool experience using transfer car, we got a campervan from Christchurch to Auckland, at first the guy we had showing us the car wasn't very helpful, he asked if we had any questions and his answer to everything was I don't know I guess so, he knew nothing. And it also took around 2 hours which set us behind in our drive since we planned to leave way earlier thinking it wouldn't take that long. But the lady we had on the drop off was helpful lovely and got the handover done quickly which is what we wanted. was such a cool wee van had everything we didn't think it would have, the bed in the back was the most uncomfortable thing ever but the adventure we had was unforgettable! Being able to explore our country in a vehicle that's free is awesome! Thank you very much

Good customer service we got told that we will get a refund for the 2 extra days we had to return the van 2 days early because we had a family emergency. We spoke to someone in the christchurch branch they said we will get a refund once we got to the branch to drop the van off I'm abit disappointed about it.

I've made a booking for 4 full days from Sunday morning to Thursday morning and they charged me for an extra full day just because they do calendar day". Obviously I had to pay foe insurance an extra day... rip offThe heater was not working. I had it swv up on 30 degrees and it hardly gave any heat so I was freezing most of the time.Paid $30 to be covered with full insurance

Squabs and curtains were so dusty that all three of got cronic hayfever. We left a back window open while driving and the amount amount of dust blowing around was incredible. Husband spent 3 hours vacuuming and moping as soon as we got to the Sth Is. Handbrake pulled out of the floor.. so we spend our 9 days holiday with no handbrake! We had to fix the cutlery drawer that kept coming out while we were driving. Would not recommend.

Sarah was efficient and responsive throughout the booking process from start to finish. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and was able to find us one of the last available RVs for our honeymoon. The RV we rented was new, clean and the perfect size for the two of us.Cy was not only personable and friendly, but he was knowledgable and patient during our free consultation. After discussing the route we planned on taking, he recommended various campsites, hikes and restaurants along the way. His Rankers Camping app is the perfect resource for any RV trip!We would 100% recommend Sunrise Holidays services to anyone interested in visiting New Zealand.

Outrageously unhelpful. So much so that I am leaving my first negative review ever. We were not greeted upon arrival, not invited into the office to discuss our needs. My questions were answered in the vaguest way possible from a man who would not so much as leave his desk to greet me. We were, instead of being shown around in a way that we could ask questions about the rvs, told to go look for the 2 rvs that were available on the lot ourselves.I would recommend this business to no one.*I visited Monday, March 22nd, 2021ar around 2 in the afternoon.

Just brilliant, and highly highly recommended. The 4 berth caravan we hired for 4 adults was a good size and was equipped with everything we needed - kitchen products, towels, linen etc. The quality of the caravan was fantastic, given the new fleet.Excellent customer service - Terresa was super helpful in explaining everything we needed to know before we set off (we are first time caravan-ers!) and everything was straight forward once we were on the road. She was on hand a couple of times even during the Christmas / New Year period when we called with questions.The website doesn't do justice to the roominess and quality of their fleet - I had my question marks over the website (especially why caravans aren't more readily available for hire vs. campervans / motorhomes) - since it doesn't look and feel as nice" as other websites

We got a rental car in Queenstown. A nice 2015 Suzuki Swift that was just what we needed and was very well priced for one week of hire. It went very well and was cheap on petrol. We were picked up at the airport by Jucy, had a smooth pickup experience and it was the same on drop off. Happy to recommend Jucy.

Great service. I got a rental from Dunedin Airport to Christchurch then picked up another car in Christchurch and drove it to Nelson. Great little 2017 model cars, fabulous staff all the way through. I would definitely recommend and will be using this service again.. Thank you so much.
