Richard came and visited on site at Waiheke Island to provide an opinion on foundation stability. I thought I was looking at significant remedial work and spend. Richard took some time to inspect and informed me that foundations were actually ok and suggested remedial work that will be significantly cheaper than I had thought. Good honest guys who are easy to deal with - no high pressure selling - just straight up.
