Ken's local knowledge is the secret ingredient to his jetboat guided tours on the awa, with plenty of history and stories thrown in . We really enjoyed our walk up to the Bridge to Nowhere. What a super special place to visit.Would love to return and use the little campground at Pipiriki as a base for further exploration.Seeing the awa valley from Ken's jet boat was a truly magical part of our Forgotten World Adventures 'Rhine of the Pacific' Tour.

A great place for mountain biking. Kids adults dog walkers. Trails pump tracks and other ride experiences. A wonderful asset to Coromandel

Awesome campground and great friendly staff. Had a great 2 night stay... wish it was longer. Relaxing and peaceful place to stay. I will be coming back! You have to do the Bridge to Nowhere with them too... bloody fantastic day!

We did the overnight adventure on the river, and had a fantastic experience. The team at WRA took great care of us; the weather was a bit uncertain and they made us feel safe and looked after. Thomas was a super knowledgeable guide and we learned a lot about the local history and culture. The gear they supplied was top notch and held up to the rainy conditions. Definitely recommended; would book again!

Was a crisp morning cruise down the Wanganui River that turned into a fabulous day with Ken and his crew from Wanganui River Adventures! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the day and thought it was all run so well, from the history & pictures to show, spots along the way to admire the surroundings, meeting the locals, even down to the bikkies and tea on the bridge to nowhere walk. Best jet boat tour in NZ, no doubt about it. Thanks again team!

I was new to mountain biking. I joined the beginner’s workshop in March and loved it. The park is just so wonderful. I am very lucky living nearby and can practice often. Thank you Ally for your great work and encouragement.
